Q) Can I place my order online?
Absolutely. Our website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This means that you can make a purchase on our website whenever you need. Simply view a product, add it to your basket, navigate to the basket from the link at the top right of the site, and from there you can check out securely and safely. Our web site is SSL protected, so buying online is completely secure and nobody will ever see your details.
Q) Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Our lines are open from 09:00am until 17:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and Christmas). A member of our customer care team will be happy to help you select the right care alarm (should you need some help) and will take your order securely over the phone. Just call us on 020 7720 2266 and we'll guide you through the payment process.

Q) Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard on our website. We do not accept American Express or JCB Diners Card.
Q) Do you accept American Express?
We do not accept American Express through our website. However, if making a payment via PayPal, there is an option to pay using your American Express card with their service. If you need help using PayPal's service, just give us a call.
Q) Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal as a method of payment. Simply click on the PayPal button at the checkout stage to complete your purchase from us. PayPal's server is 100% safe and secure, so making a payment through their service couldn't be easier.
Q) Do you accept credit or debit cards registered overseas?
We do not accept credit or debit cards registered overseas on our website. However, you can complete your purchase through PayPal which will enable you to checkout using a card registered overseas.
