Bellman Mobile Phone Sensor
When the screen of your mobile device lights up, the Bellman Mobile Phone Sensor sends a prompt to a receiver to then issue either a visual or tactile alert. This will be ideal for anybody with hearing issues who is unable to rely on audial alerts alone.
How Does the Mobile Phone Sensor Work?
A mobile telephone or tablet device can be plugged into the Mobile Phone Sensor. When the device screen lights up, for example when there is a new text message or incoming call, the Phone Sensor sends a prompt to the receiver so that an additional alert can be issued.
Depending on your receiver of choice, this means that either a flashing or vibrating alert can be issued to inform you that there has been a message or notification sent to your phone. If you struggle to hear your mobile phone ringing, then this will provide peace of mind that you can still be alerted to any new and incoming information.
Who Can Benefit from the Mobile Phone Sensor?
The Mobile Phone Sensor is primarily designed for the benefit of anybody with hearing impairments. By enabling the choice of either visual or tactile alerts when used alongside a receiver, it can offer a more practical and convenient method of receiving notification of incoming calls.
Additionally, the Phone Sensor will also be ideal for anybody who struggles to hear the phone ringing when they are in a different part of the home. For example, the phone can be left to charge in one room while plugged into the sensor, and the receiver can be situated in a different part of the home. This will eliminate the need to remain fixed beside the phone.
The Mobile Phone Sensor is compatible with a range of Bellman receivers, so you can find the one to best match your requirements. The following receivers are compatible:
